Ok, I’ll admit it. I used to be a total energy drink addict.
I would have to have at least 1 a day just to be able to focus and have mental clarity. It got to the point that if I didn’t drink one, I would have a massive headache. As soon as I got my energy drink fix, though, I was good again.
I’m actually pretty embarrassed to admit that because I know how bad they are. I knew it then but I felt like I NEEDED it.
Thankfully, over 2 years ago, a new addiction came into my life… Green juicing.
..and I haven’t desired an energy drink since.
I’m proud to say that I’ve gotten lots of friends hooked on green juicing. I usually have them over to my house, give them a mini lesson about all the benefits of green juicing and then juice up my favorite recipe for them to try. It’s seriously delicious so they always love it.
In today’s video, I take you directly to my kitchen and give you the same run down that I do with all my friends. I’ll also show you how fast and easy it is to juice.
